Warranty card and/or its details is defined as an online log of the specific case details generated against a warranty number being available on or before the date of receipt of the case.
In case of loss/misplacement of warranty card (before receipt of case) , the dentist must send an email and ask for a printed log of his case details available on the warranty website that must show warranty as generated before his complaint is registered(date and time of email)
If warranty details are not available on the system showing date before first date and time of formal complaint the claimant is eligible to receive Rs 10000/- worth of free work from the milling center that has milled the case.
The claim value can only be availed against 3M cases generated after the approval of eligibility of the claim amount by 3M ESPE or its partners and cannot be claimed or adjusted against any previous/current offers, payments or dues.
Decisions of 3M ESPE will be final and binding and all complaints will be applicable within the jurisdiction of Bangalore region only.
